Welcome to Pearl and Pen! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Introduction

    • These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services offered by Pearl and Pen. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions or policies that are referenced herein or that otherwise may apply to specific sections of the service or to products and services that we make available to you.

  2. Service Overview

    • Pearl and Pen offers a range of wedding stationery services. Customers may choose from off-the-shelf designs, partially customized designs, or fully bespoke designs. The exact nature and specifications of the services will be agreed upon during a consultation call.

  3. Consultation Call

    • After an inquiry is made through our website, the Pearl and Pen team will organize a consultation call to discuss the customer's requirements. This call does not bind the customer to any service.

  4. Deposit & Payment

    • Upon agreeing to proceed with our services during the consultation call, the customer will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is to secure the customer's order and cover initial design and administrative costs.

    • The remaining balance of the order must be paid before the final products are delivered. Once design work is completed, the customer will receive an email with proof copies of any relevant assets, at this point it is the customers responsibility to check the design and the information provided (including spellings) prior to final printing. Once the customer has confirmed that they are happy to proceed with the order, the remaining balance of the order will be due. Once payment has been recieved, the wedding stationery will be sent to print. Once the product has been sent to print, a refund will not longer be available. 

  5. Service Itinerary

    • Following the receipt of the non-refundable deposit, customers will be provided with an itinerary outlining the next steps, timelines, and scheduled follow-up communications.

  6. Changes and Cancellations

    • Requests for changes to orders must be made in writing and may incur additional fees, depending on the nature of the change.

    • Cancellations after the deposit has been paid will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  7. Delivery

    • Delivery dates provided by Pearl and Pen are estimates and while we strive to meet these dates, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Pearl and Pen will not be held liable for any damages or costs arising from delivery delays.

  8. Intellectual Property

    • All designs, whether off-the-shelf, partially customized, or fully bespoke, remain the intellectual property of Pearl and Pen. Customers are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use the designs in any manner other than the agreed-upon purpose without written consent from Pearl and Pen.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    • Pearl and Pen's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the provision of our services shall be limited to the price paid for the services.

  10. Governing Law

    • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingd. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

  11. Updates to These Terms

    • Pearl and Pen may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by any revised terms.
